Hope this will help answering some of your questions.

1. How long can i book the items that i want? 
    2 days. If you want to extend your booking period, deposit of 50% from total purchase is required.

2. How long will my booking be valid if i have paid the deposit?
    We will keep it until end of the month or once your paycheck is clear (based on date you have given us)

3. How to prove my payment?
    We need you to give us the details of your payment which will be asked in our email to you.

4. Can i buy only the bottom/top part of the fabric that come in set?
    No. we do not sell half part of the fabric as it comes from the supplier in ready-set.

5. Can i buy more than 4 meters of the fabric?
    Sorry, you cannot buy more than 4 meter (or more than stated length) as our fabrics come ready-cut.

6. Can i ask for restock of the items that have been sold/reserved for others?
    Yes, but we do not promise the availability and the date of arrival.

7. Do i need to make immediate payment for item that i ask for restock?
    Yes, you need to pay 50% deposit to ensure your commitment to buy. Should the item is unavailable, we will refund your deposit right away.

8. What should i do if i do not receive my parcel more than 2 (working) days?
    Let us know immediately. We will track your parcel and do our best to solve the problem.

9. Can i use other bank to make payment?
    Yes. There will be no problem in doing so. But you will be charged RM1 for the inter-bank transaction.

10. How do i make payment of RM45 since the Cash Deposit Machine do not accept RM5 note and below?
      For purchase of RM45, you have to bank in RM50. Your balance will be sent along with your parcel.
